We carry out tests, provide training and use workshop-style collaboration to achieve your company’s goals.
Solar Simulator produces new knowledge about the weather resistance of materials, products and structures. The information obtained in tests serves as part of your company’s product development and quality management. In addition, we provide tools for arguing product properties as part of your strategic marketing and sales.
We carry out tests, provide training and use workshop-style collaboration to achieve your company’s goals.
Our ability to create value for our customers’ sales, marketing and product development is built on our skilled, highly educated staff and network.
Solid knowledge of several industries combined with scientific testing forms an equation that sets us apart from other testing houses – we understand and improve our customers’ sales and marketing results.
We generate new information about the durability of materials, products and structures. Durability testing is not only a challenge for products designed for outdoor use. Materials used indoors – such as user interfaces, nameplates, painted surfaces and electronic devices – are also exposed over time to various stresses. UV light, temperature fluctuations, humidity and chemical effects can weaken material quality, functionality and appearance.
Our laboratory provides a comprehensive testing environment that can simulate a wide range of conditions – in addition to sun and weather, also the stress caused by indoor light, heat and humidity. This helps ensure that your products retain their performance and withstand the demands of their operating environment.
Whether it’s the effect of UV radiation on plastic parts, assessing the fading of a painted surface or how materials react to temperature changes, we provide precise and reliable testing methods. Durability testing supports product development and helps ensure long-term quality.
The information obtained in tests and studies serves as part of our customers’ product development. We also provide training and tools to help our customers present and leverage product properties in their strategic marketing and sales to their own customers
Our quality management system ISO 9001:2015 covers both our technical performance and our service to support the customer’s business.
ISO 9001:2015, Certified quality management system (Lloyd’s Register Quality Assurance, UKAS)
We also follow ISO/IEC 17025:2015 ‘General requirements for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories’. Our customers and other testing laboratories have audited and approved us, e.g., to perform solar and UV testing for the automotive industry and to measure the spectral intensity of light sources.
