Ari has background in Physics and over 20 years of experience in
development especially of optical measurement instruments and lasers.

Timo has been in the house since the very beginning, and he has over
35 years of experience in physics. He has a profound academic education
as a researcher of physics in the University of Turku. Timo is the “soul”
of the actual testing operation. His creativity and skills in optical measuring
are phenomenal, too.

Veli-Pekka has over 10 years of experience of leadership in marketing
in the telecommunication and advertising branches. He is the visionary
of the company.


Sari Murto
M.Sc. Economics, consultant at Culticon Oy
Sari has over 15 years experience in international marketing especially
in the USA, the UK, Germany and Northern countries. She helps our
customers with her know-how in converting technical test results into
marketing solutions.


Antti Haarto
Antti is Ph.D. in Physics and one of the founders of the company. He
knows everything about the solar radiation. Antti is a senior teacher
in Turku Polytechnic.


Martti Hämäläinen
Ph.D., Professor emeritus, Applied Physics
Martti is a fundamental person in our company. He is professor emeritus and
supervised the Institute of Applied Physics in the University of Turku, which is
the origin of the company. Martti has the big picture of tendencies both in
natural sciences and in megatrends of world markets and economics.
